Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £299 is required to secure your place.
The remaining balance is due 10 weeks before the retreat begins (we’ll send a reminder ahead of time).
Cancellations (Your End)
If you need to cancel your booking:
– The deposit is non-refundable.
– If you cancel more than 10 weeks before the retreat, we’ll refund any balance you’ve paid (minus the deposit).
– If you cancel within 10 weeks, no refund is possible unless we’re able to fill your place.
We strongly recommend having travel insurance that covers unexpected cancellations, illness, or other disruptions.
Cancellations (Our End)
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat (due to unforeseen circumstances or not meeting minimum numbers), you’ll receive a full refund including your deposit.
We are not responsible for travel costs or other expenses you may have incurred. Please wait for confirmation before booking your travel.
Travel & Insurance
You are responsible for arranging your own travel to and from the retreat. We’ll provide detailed guidance to help.
We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance including cover for illness, injury, cancellation, lost luggage and delays.
Real Retreats cannot be held responsible for any travel-related issues.
Health & Responsibility
By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally well enough to participate in the retreat.
You will be asked to complete a detailed health questionnaire prior to attending.
You will also be required to sign a retreat agreement/contract outlining expectations and mutual responsibilities.
If you have any health conditions, injuries or accessibility needs, please let us know before booking we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
You are fully responsible for your own health and safety during the retreat.
Programme & Schedule
We offer a lightly structured retreat, but sometimes the schedule may change slightly due to weather, group needs, or unexpected events.
All activities are optional. You are free to participate as much or as little as you like.
Respect & Conduct
We ask all guests to help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the retreat (without refund) if their behaviour is disruptive, harmful or discriminatory.
Dietary Requirements
Food is prepared by a local provider rather than an official catering company. We can accommodate most dietary intolerances and allergies if notified in advance.
We are not able to cater for individual food preferences or highly specific diets.
Privacy
We will never share your personal information without your permission.
We may occasionally take photos during the retreat but we’ll always ask first.
